Contract Developers

How It Works

  • We find, interview, vet and train suitable candidates, who embark on a 12 week training program, paying for their own tuition. You can find out more about our training process on our course offerings page
  • We select only the candidates who successfully complete the training and whom we deem ready for the workplace, and hire our own trainees on a fixed term contract basis. Our contractors will typically have between 3-24 months experience in agile web development and a good degree qualification.
  • We then forward you the CVs and GitHub profiles of our candidates for your consideration and arrange interviews. Candidates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We remove the risk from your hiring process by providing candidates on a flexible, contract basis. Starting from a minium of 3 month placements, we provide candidates on one month notice periods with no lock-in, catches or early exit fees.
  • We guarantee the output of our candidates, by promising to replace the candidate if they are unavailable for any reason, or pair-programming on issues when they run into problems.
  • By the end of the placement, you will have worked with a developer who has first-hand knowledge and understanding of your web applications and your development team. You will have the first refusal on whether to make an offer of full employment, with no recruitment fees! (Terms & Conditions Apply)


Development is charged monthly (4 weeks) at £3,500 + VAT. There is a minimum engagement of 3 months.

Medium MVP Build

Figures based on a 4 month placement for one candidate to build a minimum viable product (MVP)

4 months placement
4 x £3,500 = £14,000 + VAT
Total Cost
£14,000 + £ 2,800 VAT

Large MVP Build + Ongoing maintenance

Figures based on a 12 month placement: for one candidate to build a minimum viable product (MVP) before being hired permanently to perform ongoing maintenance and development:

Year one: 8 months placement
8 x £3,500 = £28,000 + VAT
4 months pro rata salary
