How It Works

  • We find, interview, vet and train suitable candidates, who embark on a 12 week training program, paying for their own tuition. You can find out more about our training process on our course offerings page
  • We select only the candidates who successfully complete the training and whom we deem ready for the workplace.
  • We then forward you the CVs and GitHub profiles of our candidates for your consideration and arrange interviews. Candidates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If the candidate accepts your offer, we charge a 15% finder's fee, calculated from the first year guaranteed salary. This fee is guaranteed for 10 weeks using the following scale:

Pricing

Our candidates have invested considerable time and money into their training and have acquired a sophisticated skill set. Experienced Ruby developers are paid £55,000 on average. Our candidates salary expectations is in line with their experience and skill set, and starts at £30,000.
